As a teacher in San Diego, she witnessed firsthand the power of mentorship and guidance in nurturing the potential within each student. Her passion for unlocking human potential led her to pursue advanced studies in psychology and coaching, recognizing the profound impact she could make beyond the confines of the classroom.
Driven by her relentless pursuit of excellence, Erica transitioned into leadership, facilitating Workforce/Life Skills workshops and Divorce Coaching, where she discovered her true calling of unlocking potential in those she serves.
