Jason Lavin

Jason Lavin is a coach, speaker, and CEO with more than 20 years of experience enhancing the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations.

As a Coach

Jason helps leaders and companies in various stages. He adapts his coaching process to the behavior and culture of each organization. He helps organizations with their mission, vision, values, and why, and helps leaders identify their leadership strengths. Leveraging the Pyramid of Success, Jason has coached youth sports teams to Fortune 100 companies.

As a Speaker

Jason has been teaching Internet marketing seminars since 2009 and has spoken to over 5,000 CEOs and marketing executives. He is an award-winning Vistage International Speaker. In 2015, Jason was named Vistage International's Vistage Fast Track Speaker of the Year by delivering over 100 presentations in less than three years, while receiving near-perfect career scores of 4.9s (out of 5) across the board.

As a CEO

Jason is the founder and CEO of Golden Communications, Inc. (GoldenComm). GoldenComm headquarters are in Newport Beach, with offices in Salt Lake City, Poland, and India. In 2017, GoldenComm hired Lynn Guerin for leadership and development training. Lynn introduced the Pyramid of Success – the philosophy that runs the company today – and the reason Lynn and Jason are partners in The John R. Wooden Course.

Personal, Community, and Education

Jason and his wife Brenda have three kids (Cole, Sheya, and Jimmy) and live in Newport Beach. Jason and Brenda are active in their church and their kids’ school. Jason is also the Booster Club President of Newport Harbor High School Football (and is always fundraising for the school). Jason is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
