He's worked with large global companies (Pemex, Loblaw, Starbucks), major US firms (Grant Thornton, American Electric Power, University Hospitals, USAA), and firms that were just starting (Ariel Investments). Brian's work with clients has focused on Culture Shaping, Organization/Team/Individual Assessment and Development, Leadership Assessment and Development, Inclusion & Diversity, Benchmarking, Balanced Scorecards, HR Measurement Systems, Change Leadership, HR Strategy and Executive Coaching.
Brian brings a unique career experience to every engagement. He has served as a senior executive (2 times a CHRO and a Director Organization and Leadership Development), business advisory (DDI, the Hackett Group, Senn Delaney/Heidrick & Struggles), and an entrepreneur, having started 3 businesses.
Brian has devoted his life to helping people achieve success. He has taught Junior Achievement courses at the high school level, Human Resources at the University level, and executives in the corporate world. He has undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Business Education from Illinois State University, an MBA from Roosevelt University, and a coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation. After golf or hiking, his pursuit is traveling the world for fine wines, at a great price, that he enjoys while listening to music at his home in Nashville, TN.
