The information requested was very relative to my personal mission. The questions were sometimes thought provoking. My assessment report was on target. The 25 proven behaviors are clearly targeting excellence. I would encourage those who are reading this review to complete your own assessment and judge your own strengths and weaknesses.

My assessment opened my eyes to some blind spots I had about myself. The insights were amazing, and have helped me see things I didn't see before. The 30-day plan is invaluable for taking action and staying focused on my improvement opportunities. Thanks Coach.

The Assessment worked very well! I used it with a senior team as the cornerstone of a team building exercise. Having the ability to breakout the leader’s view from the team view enabled us to get at the root cause of the team’s issues. I highly recommend it and will be using it again.

This was 100% a worthwhile course for me. The content was relatable, actionable and put into a format that was easy to understand and digest. I especially appreciated the exercises to foster critical thinking/reflection about how we all can be better leaders, and only give 100% every day. There are no make-ups!

The personalized 30 Day Playbook is an amazing journey of self-discovery! Not only do you learn about Coach Wooden's Pyramid of Success, you learn how to apply it by completing the daily exercises. The exercises generally take between 5 to 15 minutes and bring awareness to the 25 success behaviors in the Pyramid. I love that you can retake the assessment and get a new personalized Pyramid. I have completed the 30 Day Playbook twice and got even more out of it the second time. I look forward to coming back to this tool again and again. Each lesson analyzes a different component of the Pyramid and applies it to your life with simple exercises and explanations. If you've ever felt intimidated but compelled by The Pyramid of Success, this is the course for you.

The materials and presentation are exceptional. I highly recommend this course and its leader, Jason Lavin. This course allows us to benefit from the Coach Wooden legacy of developing the much needed trait of character in leadership.

The individual assessment is great! I love how it's specialized to my individual pyramid of success scores, and really focuses on areas for growth in detail. It is very comprehensive and I am excited to get through the full 30-days!

The John Wooden Course's weekly emails are always insightful and the tasks are great for self reflection. For me, the program has helped me develop a better understanding of what it means to not just work, but to produce effective and meaningful work. The 30 Day Playbook was an excellent way to digest the blocks of The Pyramid of Success. For me it helps to learn it in "bite size" pieces and then journal examples that apply to my life.

It helped me get an "inventory" on where I stand in my professional and personal life. By "getting off of the treadmill" for a moment I now have a more clear picture of areas I need to improve, plus appreciate areas where I am strong.

What a fabulous assessment and follow-on workbook. Of all the assessments I've taken, the Wooden Course has been the quickest and easiest to do. It has provided the MOST and MOST USEFUL data, and the 30 day Playbook os astoundingly easy to use.

I have always admired John Wooden and the Pyramid - and I think I have read all of his books. This was the best tool that I have seen so far.
